Terms of Sale.

POSTAGE IS LIMITED TO NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, QLD - If you reside outside of these states or if you are an International customer, please organise delivery of plants to a plant concierge service within the permitted states prior to placing an order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to organise concierge services - this is not a service offered by Plantska.

Plantska cannot be held responsible for the condition of plants that transit via a plant concierge service. Please only use this option if you are comfortable with accepting the risk of added transit time and chemical treatments.

Plants will be packaged to a very high standard and, unless delayed in post for longer than 5 days from the day of postage, are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition. Transit stress is to be expected and may include some cosmetic damage such as leaf / flower loss.

Unfortunately Plantksa cannot take responsibility for loss or handling damage at the hands of Auspost. Although Auspost offers insurance, this does not cover live plants.

When purchasing seeds from Plantska, the buyer acknowledges that Plantska cannot be held responsible for their success or lack thereof in growing seeds beyond germination. This is because we are unable to control the methods and environments in which these seeds are raised. Therefore, Plantska will only guarantee the delivery of healthy seeds (either germinated or fresh depending on the batch sold).

Although Plantksa does their best to eliminate the chance of unwanted pollinators interfering with the creation of intended hybrids, we cannot guarantee 100% the parentage of hybrids sold. We will however, only sell and label seeds that we are very confident have been hybridised as intended.

The collection from which our plants are sold is routinely treated for pests. We rely mostly on the use of biological agents to control pests (predatory mites and alike). As such pests are luckily a rare sight in our collection, however they do occasionally turn up. We will always check plants prior to sale and would never knowingly sell an affected plant. However, there is the possibility that we might miss something. There is also the possibility that a plant may carry some of the beneficial bugs listed above. Buyers accept that bugs are a part of the growing experience and may on rare occasion come with a plant.

Returns

If plants arrive within a week from the date of postage in a condition deemed poorer than that expected from transit, buyers are entitled to a refund, or, where possible, a like for like replacement.

Cost of returning plants via express post is the responsibility of the buyer, and must be done within 2 business days of receipt.

The buyer is to contact Plantska via plantska@gmail.com with a photo of the item upon receiving it in the mail.

As we are unable to control the environment in which our buyers grow their plants, we cannot take responsibility for plants acclimation to their owners environments. Our responsibility for our product therefore ceases upon the buyers receipt of the plants in a condition deemed reasonable in consideration of transit.
